Gostei muito do AP, estava tudo limpinho, bem ventilado, NÃO tem aquele cheiro de mofo como muitos APs tem. Ótima localização. Sr. Valmir muito prestativo, tirou todas minhas dúvidas e honesto. Esqueci um dinheiro no AP e ele me ligou avisando e devolvendo. Pretendo voltar no AP numa próxima viagem à Ubatuba.

The property is located in an excellent condominium in Praia Grande, leisure and comfort. Next to the condominium there is a bakery, beauty salon, restaurant, marina (to catch the ferry and go to the beach, among many other comforts and benefits to ensure the practicality of everyday life.
