-It is 10 minutes (3km) from the best restaurants in Itaguá
-It is 13 minutes (5km) from the center to Banks, Pharmacies, Large Markets, Etc.
-Suite Room (4.15 x 3.10) with queen bed with Air Conditioning (02 People)
-Social Room (3.40x3.39) with 2 Bunk Beds with Air Conditioning (04 People) 02 extra mattresses.
-Gourmet Balcony (Barbecue) with Protection Screen
-Condominium collective internet (500mb)
-Kitchen equipped with the basics for preparing meals (pans, pressure cooker, frying pan, baking dish, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, blender, coffee maker, thermos, support for straining coffee, microwave oven, sandwich maker, filter water, etc)
-Washing machine.
-Showers with gas central heating (American type)
-Entry time is from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, however we can adapt to the traveler. Departure time is until 10:00 am.

-Parking for 01 car
-Nautical locker with padlock available in the parking lot to store chairs, tents, toys, etc.
-We do not have bed and bath linen, (Available only pillows)
-All mattresses and pillows have a waterproof and hygienic cover.
-MAXIMUM occupancy of the Apartment 08 (EIGHT) people (INCLUDING CHILDREN OF ANY AGE), due to being a condominium rule.
-Small domestic animals will be allowed only 01 (One) animal per Apartment. Additional fee of R$300.00 for accommodation in the apartment. The animal is not allowed to be alone inside the apartment.
-A deposit of R$500.00 will be added to the package for any damage caused by the animal to upholstery, furniture, mattresses, etc.
-If no damage occurs, the deposit amount will be refunded on the date of departure from the property.
-Withdrawal and cancellation policy:- The Tenant will receive the amount paid in the following proportion, with up to 5 days remaining 0%, up to 10 days 30%, from 11 to 19 days 50%, from 20 to 30 days 75% and the total is before 30 days of the event.
