The place is considered a prime area of the beach because it has several high-end condominiums. It is close to the excellent Jundu restaurant (formerly Espaço W), and to the 'Ponta da Praia' and 'Cantão' kiosks. The condominium is a real club where you can enjoy all your leisure area.
