Brand new apartment, in the prime area of Praia Grande, in the Reserva DNA resort, 2 suites, living room/kitchen, toilet, gourmet area, with 99 m2.
Our apartment was furnished and decorated thinking of our family's own use, with a structure of comfort and well-being, ideal for families, equipped with all electrical equipment, not to mention the condominium, which has a 5-star Resort structure (swimming pools, heated pool, dry and wet saunas, gyms, playroom, games room, jacuzzi, movie theater...). All rooms have split air conditioning and ceiling fan (for those who don't like air), the living room/kitchen has 2 ceiling fans.
On the ground floor of the condominium you will find a market and bakery, so you do not need to leave the condominium to shop.
Welcome, we are honored and pleased to welcome you to our property, which is the extension of our house, have an excellent stay, have a good rest and have fun.
At Praia Grande you will find all the structure of beach kiosks, I recommend the pica pau II kiosk, where the kitchen has hygiene certification, quality products, showers and extremely clean bathrooms, on the beach the employees provide free umbrellas and chairs, you you can even take your thermos box with your drinks, as long as you consume something at the kiosk later, the portions are magnificent and a very cold caipirinha, at night there are craft fairs, restaurants, pizzerias, snacks, ice cream parlors and bars.

O apartamento é excelente, só atravessar a rua e estamos na praia, o condomínio tem uma variedade de opções de lazer, além de comodidades de supermercado, padaria, sorveteria.
