Excellent apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a privileged location, on the first floor of a 3-story building without elevator. You have to climb a flight of stairs.
The building is located 300 meters (approximately 5 minutes on foot) from Praia do Tenório, so there is no need to cross a highway or avenue to go to the beach. Location with diverse and excellent options of restaurants, bars, snack bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Close to the Itaguá promenade, where the pier from which schooner trips leave is located.
* Double Room It has a ceiling fan, closet with clothes rack, a double box bed.
* Single Room It has 2 bunk beds, a ceiling fan and a bed.
* Living room with balcony, ceiling fan, 50" LED TV with Netflix.
* Kitchen With refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, ice water filter and all the utensils necessary for preparing and storing meals.
* Service area with tank and wall and floor clothesline.

O ambiente é muito confortável e acolhedor, criando uma atmosfera que remete a um verdadeiro lar. A atenção aos detalhes e o cuidado com o espaço garantem uma estadia agradável e relaxante.
