Excellent location, close to the beach. The apartment is a 7-minute walk from Praia do Tenório and a 1-minute walk from Orla do Itaguá, where there are kiosks, restaurants and shops in general. Everything is flat, without the need to cross avenues or highways to get to the beach.
05 minutes walk from Pier do Itaguá, where trips to the best beaches in Ubatuba leave.
You can also walk to markets, bakeries, banks and pharmacies. And it has easy access by car to the Ubatuba Aquarium and the Tamar Project.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is available for up to 5 people, including children. It has a Wi-Fi network.
