Excellent apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in a privileged location, on the first floor of a 3-story building without elevator. You have to climb a flight of stairs.
The building is located 300 meters (approximately 5 minutes on foot) from Praia do Tenório, so there is no need to cross a highway or avenue to go to the beach. Location with diverse and excellent options of restaurants, bars, snack bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Close to the Itaguá promenade, where the pier from which schooner trips leave is located.

Estive no imovel e amei a experiencia.
Local limpo e agradavel, cozinha completa com muitos utensilios, microondas, quartos com ventiladores, colchao todos com proteçao ajuda mto principalmente com crianças, sem mofo o que é dificil em casa de praia. Atendimento otimo, a todo momento inclusive acessivel para falar, Voltarei em breve. Obrigada! Super indico

Na minha humilde opinião é excelente não tenho o que reclamar perto de tudo não dá 5 minutos a pé da praia do Tenório e da uns 8 minutos praia grande.

Nos hospedamos no apartamento para a Virada de ano. O apartamento superou todas as expectativas, tudo novinho, tv smart, Wi-Fi, localização excelente com tudo perto. A praia do Tenório 5 minutos andando e proa grande 10 minutos. O proprietário Dyego e sem comentários, nos auxílio desde a entrada até a saída e sempre muito solícito quando precisamos. Com certeza voltaremos em breve.,
