O imóvel tem boa localização, próximo à praia. O mesmo foi entregue limpo e o responsável pelo mesmo, esteve presente todos os dias, atendendo com muita presteza e educação. Recomendo com tranquilidade a um amigo ou familiar. O único senão, foi a falta de ar condicionado, por isso avalio como nota 9,0, já que sinto muito calor e mesmo o imóvel tendo ventilador, em todos os cômodos, o calor foi maior.
