Excellent apartment with 1 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms with a privileged location, on the first floor of a 3-story building without elevator. You have to climb a flight of stairs.
The building is located 300 meters (approximately 5 minutes walk) from Praia do Tenório, there is no need to cross a highway or avenue to go to the beach. Location with diverse and excellent options of restaurants, bars, snack bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Close to the Itaguá promenade, where the pier from which schooner trips leave is located.
