Balcony and grassy deck in front of the sea, with a pleasant garden bench for you to enjoy the beach and the sea, under the shade of a leafy almond tree, located in a closed condominium, with quiet and lighted dirt streets. All walled and fenced, the house is ideal for families with children and the elderly: you leave the house and step on the beach. Praia do Sapé was classified by CETESB as one of the 10 cleanest in Ubatuba. Garage for 4 cars (2 covered). Barbecue and external shower. Two tables in the dining room for 10 people. Full kitchen with 2 refrigerators, freezer, 5-burner stove, microwave, electric oven and all utensils. Laundry room with washing machine. Internet and Wi Fi, Smart TV, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. The large windows of the rooms are protected with bars and screens against mosquitoes. 200 meters away from the Rio-Santos road and close to varied trade (pharmacies, supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, restaurants, shops, kiosks etc). Caretaker lives in the back and is ready to guide and assist.
