The best 2-bedroom apartment in the Condominium and larger than the others as it is located in the corner of the block.

Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 suite with AIR CONDITIONING in the bedrooms.
Ceiling fans in all environments.

In the suite 1 double bed, 32" flat screen TV.
In the bedroom 2 single beds and 2 separate mattresses that accommodate in the living room.
Bathrooms equipped with safety bars for the elderly.
In the living room, sofa and 2 armchairs, 32" SMART TV, 1 table for 6 seats.

The mattresses are all protected with hospital hygienic covers.

Toninhas is a beautiful, tree-lined beach. The location of the Condominium is in the south corner (right) where the Sea turns into a natural pool with clear and calm waters. Ideal for children, the elderly, sea bathing, diving.
Nearby we find several restaurants and kiosks on the beach. Leisure options such as Schooner Rides, StandUp, Bananas, etc.

Grocery store 1 km away at Praia das Toninhas. Supermarket in Praia da Enseada, next to Praia das Toninhas, 3 km away, and you can also find local shops for daily needs.
