Piscina de frente o mar.
Área gourmet super equipada.
A casa possui todos os eletrodomésticos necessários, todos funcionam e nós ajudam muito.

Tudo limpo e organizado.
Próxima a mercados, mercearia e padaria.
Próxima ao centrinho de Itagua que é uma delícia de passear.
