Apartment for vacation rental in Ubatuba
The apartments have one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. In the bedroom: double bed, bunk bed, closet. In the living room: table, chairs, sofa, cable tv. In the kitchen: stove, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room. A garage box for each apartment. Shower and barbecue grills Community in floor area of the building.
The building is approximately 1500 meters from the city center and about 350m from the beach of Acu Pereque with easy exit to the northern beaches: Felix, Itamambuca, Ubatumirim, Almada, Finance and others.
In addition to the four apartments also have a 'cottage that sleeps up to two people, and that has the same accommodations and equipment of the apartments.
The owners live next door, giving permanent assistance to guests.

O dono do imóvel foi de uma atenção maravilhosa, mto prestativo. O imóvel mto aconchegante, limpo, bem arejado. O local mto bom, pois é próximo do centro e também nos dá acesso a conhecer outras praias. A praia do Felix é linda indico as famílias. Eu minha família gostamos mto. Estão de parabéns!!! Obrigado.
