Kitchen with two stoves, one with 4 burners and oven and the other semi-industrial, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, 2 duplex refrigerators, an upright freezer and all the necessary utensils for 24 people.
The house has a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Bathrooms have a shower and the mattresses and pillows are covered. There are two garages, one for up to 7 cars if they are not too large, and the other with an entrance for a van.

Casa extremamente limpa, organizada e bem cuidada. Completa em utensílios e eletrodomésticos. Perto da praia, fácil acesso a padarias, mercados e comércios em geral. Todas as pessoas ficam confortáveis, internet funciona o tempo todo, piscina é limpa todos os dias. Qualquer problema ou solicitação o caseiro atende rapidamente. Por sinal homem muito prestativo e educado.
Do mais não tenho oque falar, sobre manutenção externa, isso quem deve se preocupar é o dono do imóvel para agradar os clientes, mas, devido a pandemia ficou tudo muito difícil. Mas a casa é sensacional e atende muito bem quem aluga.

Casa bem limpa...tudo em ordem... porém 180 MTS até o calçadão da praia....e não 50 MTS como está no anúncio .... tentei ver com a proprietária sobre as outras que tem no anúncio...porém sem possibilidade de troca segundo a proprietária...
