Excellent newly renovated house with pool and wi-fi.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms (1 in the pool area), large living room, tv with sky point (we don't have the device, just the point), complete and equipped kitchen.
In the leisure area we have a delicious swimming pool and barbecue for pleasant moments.
The house is in a great residential and family neighborhood, less than fifteen minutes by car from the central beaches, such as Praia Grande. We do not accept loud sound or mess in the house.
Me, my husband and my two children live in the house above the one we rent. You can see it well in the photos as it is. We didn't even go past the front door of the house we rented. We only use the gate together to enter and leave the house, the entire downstairs area is exclusive to those who rent it, including the garage (which fits up to 5 cars). Everyone who has rented the house to date thought it was great that we were upstairs, as it provided a certain amount of security while they were away.
