RENTAL PROCEDURES
1°) A lease agreement will be issued
2°) To prepare the Contract, you will be asked to send the following:
- Photo of ID or driver's license (of the holder)
- Photo of Proof of Address
* A "Model Contract" will be sent to you in advance for your reading!!!
3°) The READY Contract will be sent (by E-MAIL) to the tenant, to:
- Print,
- Initial and Sign,
- Recognize Signature,
- Take a PHOTO and resend.
4°) The Landlord will also acknowledge the signature and send a copy of the Contract.
5°) Once the Contract has been signed and is "IN THE HANDS" OF BOTH PARTIES, the Tenant deposits 50% of the amount to have the Lease Effective.
