The spaces have an independent gate, with a total length of 8.50m, allowing the storage of two small vehicles (hatches) or one large vehicle.
The building is just 200 m from Praia do Itaguá, in a privileged location, in the most prepared region for tourism in the city. Nearby there are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, pharmacies and various attractions such as tour agencies, schooners, Ubatuba Aquarium, Tamar Project, shopping malls, craft stores, among others.
The closest and ideal beaches for swimming are Praia do Tenório, Grande, Vermelha do Centro and Cedro. However, the apartment is less than 600 m from the Rio-Santos highway (BR 101), which gives access to most of the more than 100 beaches in Ubatuba!
All furniture and other items in the apartment were chosen and planned to increase ventilation and reduce humidity. The entire apartment is terraced, allowing good air circulation and plenty of lighting.

Muito bem localizado: perto da orla do Itaguá e próximo a diversos estabelecimentos comerciais, como restaurantes, supermercado, farmácia, padaria, etc. O proprietário Leandro foi sempre muito prestativo em ajudar em qualquer questão. Recomendo a estadia.

I grew up and lived a large part of life in Ubatuba. I only left the city for a few years, during which I graduated in Oceanography from the University of São Paulo (USP). In addition to being an Oceanographer, I am a diver (Dive Master) and an amateur photographer. I am currently working with communication and I am the director of an NGO that works to preserve the environment here on the North Coast of São Paulo.
I live in an apartment in this same building. The location is undoubtedly the best option in Ubatuba, as it is close to the main access roads in the city and has excellent infrastructure, both for those who live in Ubatuba and for those who want to take a vacation or spend a few days in the city.
