The apartment is very cozy, with: modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 suite), with air conditioning and ceiling fans, 1 bathroom, living room with ceiling fan, gourmet balcony, 100 megas wifi. The building is equipped with an elevator, 2 parking spaces for passenger cars or 1 SUV or 1 pickup truck (1 covered space and 1 uncovered space) and a swimming pool in the common area. The apartment is on the 3rd. floor (street front).

The space:
The apartment is lovingly decorated to welcome you as if you were at home. The Condominium is organized, clean and monitored with cameras. We will do everything we can to make your stay in Ubatuba pleasant and peaceful.
Guest access:
The apartment is located in the Itaguá neighborhood, a noble and quiet residential area of Ubatuba, close to Orla do Itaguá, with a wide range of restaurants, bars, bike paths, boat trips, craft shops and tourist shops.
Itaguá, São Paulo, Brazil:
The neighborhood and Praia do Itaguá are in a very pleasant area and you can see the sunrise on the beach, which is very beautiful. The apartment is located in a noble and quiet residential area of Ubatuba, with a wide range of pleasant restaurants, bars, bike paths, boat trips, craft shops and tourist shops. A few blocks from the apartment you can visit the Ubatuba Aquarium and the “Marine Turtle Project” exhibition center – TAMAR.
Locomotion:
The apartment is in a strategic location with easy access to BR101 (a 2-minute drive from Praia Grande and Praia do Tenório) and you can explore the most beautiful beaches in Ubatuba.
