Excelente, desde as conversas preliminares até o apoio do Gilson que cuida do local. Lugar excepcional, seguro, não precisa de carro para ir para a praia da Enseada. Basta sair do imóvel e seguir pelo terreno para a praia. Local bem cuidado, apartamento limpo, bem cuidado, estrutura boa! Único ponto a sugerir é ar condicionado nos quartos ou então recomendo levar ventilador extra. Praia é excelente para crianças, bem tranquila nesta época. Já recomendei para quatro pessoas e esperamos retornar em breve!

We are a couple living in a small and wonderful town in the Serra da Mantiqueira, in love with the family with daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren.
The property was built in 2007 on a plot within my family's condominium.
All the land in the condominium was acquired more than 60 years ago by my parents who started dating on this beach.
Carla and I also met on this beach and today we have 4 daughters, so we built this house divided into 4 apartments already thinking about the future.
This entire property was the setting for a lot of my family's history and that is why we take care of it with great affection and we also like to make it available for families that will value this.
Our apartments are very nice because they were built with a good distribution ensuring comfort with well ventilated and tailored environments.
Access to the beach through the condominium's internal street allows security, especially for children. No crossing the road !!!
