Excellent 1 bedroom apartment, located on the 4th floor, with elevator access.
✔ Comfortably accommodates 4 PEOPLE, including children of any age.
✔ The building is located 4 min. from Rua Cel. Pedro Pentado, the main street for local commerce. Following this street, you will find Praça João Zelante, the heart of local tourism, where you will find the best and trendiest bars and restaurants in the city, as well as the stage for events where shows and musical attractions often take place in the various events organized by the City Hall. Next to the Square is the city's newest tourist attraction, the replica of the Trevi Fountain, one of Rome's best-known monuments.

ROOM
✔ It has a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two single beds. It also has two single mattresses that can be accommodated in the living room or bedroom. ATTENTION: We inform you that, from August 10th, to better accommodate our guests, the two single beds will be replaced by a double bed.

Eu e minha namorada adoramos a viagem! Apartamento limpo, organizado, bonito e completo.
Cama com um colchão muito confortável. Não precisei utilizar, mas há uma cama auxiliar para acomodar mais uma pessoa. Ideal para quem tem crianças pequenas.
Chuveiro muito bom.
Sala de estar com uma ótima Smart TV. Sacada grande, com mesinha e cadeiras. Pude até contemplar o pôr do sol da mesma.
Internet excelente, pude fazer meu home office tranquilamente.
Cozinha completa, com panelas e utensílios novos.
Prédio muito bonito, com ambiente familiar. O hall é amplo e muito bem decorado.
Elevador bem próximo à vaga de garagem. Tem até um carrinho que usei para levar seus pertences até o apartamento.
Área da piscina muito bem estruturada, com cadeiras, mesinhas, espreguiçadeira e guarda sol.
A anfitriã Aline foi extremamente gentil, solicita, simpática e muito atenciosa.
Voltarei sempre que ir à Serra Negra. Recomendo a todos no.
