House for vacation rental in São Sebastião
Quiet, dead-end residential street. Rustic and airy house, with several fruit trees and a vegetable garden, guests can also enjoy these benefits. Our construction combines wood with masonry, which provides a feeling of relaxation and integration with the surrounding nature. There are 3 bedrooms, all suites with air conditioning and ceiling fans, we also have a separate toilet from the suites, 4 parking spaces, heated outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue, pizza oven and indoor and outdoor fireplace, ideal for gathering with family and friends, Wi-Fi (fiber optic). We offer good quality bed linen for an extra cost of 30 reais per bed.
The project is very compact, integrating all areas of the house. Located on a very quiet residential street, away from the hustle and bustle and with access to the beach by car or on foot, we also provide bicycles to our guests (980 meters away). Wake up to the sound of birds and fall asleep to the silence of the night. Relax in the hammock on the balcony with a view of the forest.
Our master suite has an office overlooking the forest and a fully equipped office for your home office. An external suite with a double bed for those who prefer more privacy and another suite ideal for young people. All rooms have ample natural ventilation, a fan and air conditioning.
Living room with fireplace and HD Smart TV connected to the internet, a small library with books on travel, health, geography, architecture and engineering. Games are part of our living room.
Fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner central stove and an electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, toaster and all basic utensils.
Garage for up to 4 cars, outdoor shower. Forest garden, with native species of the Atlantic Forest, fruit trees, such as Pitaya, Acerola, Lemon, Tangerine and a developing vegetable garden, for each season an organic fruit from our backyard.
