House for vacation rental in São Sebastião
House close to the beach (8 minutes walking to the beach, bars, bakery, market and clubs).
Beach house with two bedrooms, with a double bed, two bunk beds and two single beds, so the house is ideal for 8 people. We also have an inflatable double mattress, to place in the living room, reaching 10 people. The two sofas are 1.80 meters, managing to accommodate 2 more people, totaling 12 people.
There are two bathrooms, barbecue, space for two popular cars or for a large car. There's also another spot in front of the house. Quiet and safe auper street with no parking problems.
We have appliances and electronics: refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker and blender.
We have a water filter.
We have plates, cutlery, cups and glasses (set of 12 sets).
Barbecue kit (knives, skewers, grill, tongs and knife).
Indoor dining table and outdoor patio table.
We have all the equipment for the beach: beach chair, umbrella, cooler, cart to take the chairs and cooler to the beach.
We have pillows on all beds, including the double mattress, but we do not provide bed and bath linen.
The house has Internet (great quality if you need to work from home office) and satellite television.
Virus Doctor air conditioning in the three rooms (two bedrooms and living room). There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms and two mobile fans.
