Furnished: 2 double beds, 2 double sofa beds, one bunk bed. Has wardrobe. Sofa for 8 people seated. Dining table. Kitchen with plenty of utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, mixer, utensils, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, first aid kit.
Infrastructure: Beach🌅, playground👪, ice cream shop🍦, pizzeria🍕, restaurant🍴🍷, small market with bakery nearby, gas station, extra parking, 1, 2 or 3 blocks away. Plenty of shops and banks less than 2 km away.
Restrictive cancellation policy. There is no refund of amounts paid for reservation/accommodation. In case of inability to attend, if the guest makes the transfer to another interested party and there is demand, we undertake to refund the amount ethically.

It is located just 70 km from the cosmopolitan metropolis of São Paulo, capital of the State of São Paulo, a financial, cultural and gastronomic center, with several parks and numerous museums, events such as São Paulo Fashion Week, Formula 1, soccer championships, São Paulo Gay Pride Parade and several business events. Buses to the capital leave every 30 minutes. The journey usually takes less than 1 hour.

Foram dias maravilhosos, o apto é ótimo. É bem quente é bom recomendar aos hóspedes que levem ventiladores. A localização é ótima e super perto da praia e demais comércios. O proprietário é super atencioso e gentil e nos deu várias dicas de comércio e lazer.

Vou com certeza nessa época avisar para que tragam mais ventiladores na voltagem 110 V, apesar de termos ventiladores em todos ambientes. Nesses dias em que estiveram, a sensação térmica chegou a 43oC, foi muito acima da média.
