Located in Vila Tupi, our furnished and quiet apartment with 3 suites accommodates up to 6 people in a double bed and two more on single mattresses and a children's/youth bed.

The space is ideal for families and small groups of friends.
We are 2 minutes from the beach on foot, 5 minutes from the newly opened Luminous Water Fountain, on the other side 5 minutes on foot from a kiosk with air conditioning and live music, and a little further on the Botique do Peixe. On the parallel street there is a small market where you can find everything. Four blocks away there is a supermarket and bakery.

Hello, I have been an Executive Secretary for over 40 years and a Mary Kay Consultant for 10 years. Upon turning 60, we decided to move to Praia Grande, close to SP, due to our love for the South coast. We found this paradise in Vila Tupi and fell in love as soon as we entered. The space is spacious and bright, even at night, eliminating the need for lamps. Unfortunately, after the pandemic, my work in SP required frequent travel and my husband needed to work in Curitiba, which took us back to SP and CWB. However, we leave our paradise to those of you reading, and we plan to return when we fully retire.
