Rental for up to 4 people including children of any age, with a minimum of 2 nights, with the rental being exclusively for families.

● Payment method: 50% deposit via current account, and 50% of the balance in cash or electronically, confirmable upon delivery of the keys and signing of the contract.
● No pets allowed;
● Smoking is only allowed in the balcony area;
● Bed linen, table linen and towels are not provided;
● It is recommended to hand over the apartment in an organized and functioning manner, in the same conditions as it was received in the contract, avoiding financial charges.
