It is 180 meters from the beach, 5 minutes by car from Litoral Plaza Shopping and also close to all local shops such as Extra supermarket, Peixe boutique, bakeries and ice cream parlors.
The place has 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds. All 3 mattresses have protective covers. For your convenience, there are also: clothes cabinets, fridge with freezer, microwave, electric rice cooker, mini electric oven, induction hob, 2 42 and 32 inch televisions, washing machine, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, bathtub only for immersion bath, table with glass top and 4 chairs, stainless steel pots that are suitable for the use of the stove, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, glass containers, mugs, 2 breakfast trays, towel tableware, tea towels, clothesline, clothes rack with hangers in the laundry room and also in the bedroom and rack in the living room with 2 drawers (which can be used as cabinets).
It is a great option both to enjoy the sunny days as well as the cold and rainy days, as it is close to the mall, you can enjoy a movie and enjoy all the gastronomy of Praia Grande.
