The farm is very beautiful, completely grassy and wooded, surrounded by fences, easy access via Rod. Castello Branco at 1h 20min. from the Capital São Paulo, 3km from the city of Porto Feliz, fully paved road.
Main house built to a high standard and very welcoming, with a beautiful pool and pergola in front of it.
Park for children and adults, with swings and structure built from tree trunks and also a sports field.
Great location, just a few minutes from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.
Free tourist tour to visit the historic Grotto, located on the banks of the Tiete River.
An environment of peace and tranquility, but it can also be busy and fun.

Passamos alguns dias nesta chácara e tivemos uma experiência muito boa. Senhor Antônio proprietária foi muito rápido nas respostas e super flexível em relação ao checkin. Os caseiros, senhor Claudio e sua esposa foram gentis e prestativos, sempre dispostos a ajudar no que fosse necessário.
A casa é excelente, bem grande e com todos os utensílios necessários. Do lado de fora tem uma ótima piscina, churrasqueira, forno de pizza, fogão a lenha, campinho de futebol, pomar com frutas e um playground para as crianças brincarem.
Único ponto de atenção é a internet que oscila bastante, como alguns estavam trabalhando remoto, tivemos um pouco de dificuldade em relação a isso.
De forma geral, super recomendo a chácara Gramado

Ficamos contentes por vocês terem gostado. Quanto à Internet, até o momento tivemos a Claro, mas já fizemos contato com a empresa PortoNet (fibra óptica), em Porto Feliz, para dar mais segurança nos trabalhos profissionais.
