- Equipped with cooktop stove, gas oven, refrigerator with freezer, beer cooler and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Dining Area:
- A spacious dining area, with a large table and comfortable chairs, perfect for enjoying delicious family meals.
External Area:
- A large outdoor space, with well-kept gardens and an inviting swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days.

ATTENTION/OBSERVATION
- Bed linen and towels not included!
- The house has a heated swimming pool with a solar system, which may have temperature variations at certain times of the year.
- Next to the pool there is a sauna that is deactivated, with equipment undergoing maintenance and, currently, is not part of the rental.
- In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a closed room, where the owners' personal belongings and utensils are stored.
- The occupancy limit is up to 15 people, with no greater number of people or guests being accepted.
- Events are not permitted in the space!
