My husband Geraldo and I designed and monitored the entire construction of this space, which was created to be our future home, we lived for 20 years. This is where we call it "our paradise"!
Here our daughter got married and my grandchildren enjoy their childhood, we will share it with guests who are looking for a refuge for rest, tranquility, moments of peace, joy and good energy!
Our house is inside a small, closed residential condominium, surrounded by conservation areas. The singing of the birds, the parrots, the walk of the swallows, the coming and going of the toucans and the marmosets and squirrels strolling through the trees are daily gifts of nature here in Paradise...
Near the entrance, there is the entrance to a lake, near the end of it there is a soccer field and playground that can be used in the morning/afternoon amidst nature.
The house has 4 suites with dressing room and 1 suite on the ground floor for wheelchair users or their service provider, nanny, maid; TV rooms, dining, living and American kitchen. The balcony is accessed from the living room and bedroom hallway, we have our barbecue area, with a second sink and refrigerator. From the balcony onwards, we leave for the green area of the house with direct access to the private, heated swimming pool.
