With ceiling fan in the bedrooms (SUITES), EXTERNAL SERVICE BATHROOM, paved street with easy access.
On the corner there is an ice cream shop, clothing store and snack bar. Two blocks away there are markets, bakeries, restaurants and a street market. The post office, pharmacies, health center, amusement park and craft fair are 800 meters away.
