House for vacation rental in Ilhabela
We are located on the south side of the island, about 10mins from Barra Velha (where the ferry embarks/disembarks), inside a closed condominium.
The condominium has an exclusive access to the sea, just 100 meters away from our gate.
Padoca Ilhabela is 240 meters away, only 3 mins on foot, a fresh bread roll in the morning is always good, isn't it? Around us we also have the Colina Sul supermarket which also has a lottery, pharmacy and a 24hr cashier in its complex (approx. 5mins by car), we have Praia do Julião (approx.150 meters) and 10mins from the most popular beach on the island, Praia do Corral. For those who like waterfalls, we have the 3 Tombos Waterfall (5mins by car or a 1.6km walk enjoying nature, arriving at the end of the road where there is no more access for vehicles we have a small trail to reach the first fall).
Our house offers every comfort for the most diverse tastes. We comfortably accommodate a group of fifteen people in 5 rooms, 4 of which are suites (two in an outdoor area). The house has a beautiful swimming pool (without guardrail or lock) overlooking the canal, gourmet area with barbecue / wood stove / pizza oven, garage for up to 3 cars, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils during the stay, as well as a wood-burning sauna.
Parties and events are not allowed in the residence.
It is not allowed to exceed the number of people stipulated in the reservation and contract.
Respect the sound limits established by the Ilhabela Silence Law during the day as well as at night (Law No228/2003), as the property is located in a family condominium and we always demand respect from our neighbors.

A descrição do imóvel era precisa, com um linda vista do canal. Limpeza nota 10. Um ótimo atendimento do proprietário quanto da pessoa que nos auxiliou durante nossa estadia. Cama confortável e bem espaçosa. Praticamente um paraíso dentro de outro paraíso. Melhor casa que já aluguei na Ilhabela. O Rodrigo além de um excelente atendimento, me deu dicas de locais para visitar, indicou bons restaurantes, lojinhas no centro e ainda indicou uma empresa para passeios de lanches. Nossa, foi incrível! Pode ter certeza que voltarei!

Tudo que esta na descrição do imóvel é 100% real!!!! Infelizmente não conseguimos ir em todos o lugares indicados pelo Rodrigo, gostaria de aproveitar e agradecer a ele pelas dicas dos melhores lugares para ir com a minha família, ele até indicou o melhor repelente rsrsrs, super atencioso. A limpeza e organização impecáveis. Já indiquei para meus colegas do trabalho e família, super recomendo.
