Imóvel extremamente limpo e organizado, decoração de muito bom gosto, cozinha bem equipada, quartos confortáveis e arejados, sem contar a área de churrasco e piscina que fazem diferença. Imóvel está bem localizado, muito próximo a praia tranquila e também da ciclofaixa para quem gosta de se exercitar, além de fácil acesso para diversos outros pontos da Ilhabela. Sr. Rafael, nosso anfitrião, extremamente solícito e atencioso quanto às nossas necessidades. O único ponto negativo é que tivemos que vir embora. Voltaremos com certeza.
E Rafael: Danielle, foi um prazer receber você e seus familiares, pessoas muito agradáveis, simpáticos e extremamente cuidadosos com o imóvel.

Excelente opção para quem quer desfrutar de Ilhabela, casa reservada bem arejada, com ar condicionado em todos os quartos.
Ótima recepção e auxilio do Rafael (anunciante) para quem não conhece muito a ilha.
Muito limpa e em dia com as manutenções, não deixou a desejar em nada.
Bem próximo a praia, nem 5 minutos a pé.
Indico também para esse momento de pandemia a praia de Barreiros, local muito paradisíaco, ficamos 1 semana e a praia não tinha nem 10 pessoas no dia com lotação máxima que foi no sábado.
Agradeço ao Sr. Rafael por nos proporcionar essa semana maravilhosa.
Com certeza retornaremos em breve.
