Below is the information with the description of the apartment in Praia das Pitangueiras - Guarujá-SP.
We have this apartment for rent on weekends, holidays, honeymoons, winter and summer seasons throughout the year.
The Count. Ed. Miramar is located at Av.: Mal. Deodoro da Fonseca and Rua: Silvia Valadão de Azevedo. No. 32 - Pitangueiras - Guarujá-SP, opposite the beach.
The apartment has 1 bedroom for 05 (five) people including children, in the bedroom we have a QUENN double bed, 32" TV (Smart - LG), a bunk bed and ceiling fan, in the living room we have a sofa, dining table with 06 (six) chairs, 50' TV (Smart 4k - Samsung) and ceiling fan, the living room has a balcony. The kitchen has household utensils, blender, refrigerator, stove and microwave, complete guest bathroom, the dining area service has a tank and complete bathroom.
Bed and bath linen (sheets, pillowcases, pillows, blankets/duvets, face and bath towels) as well as personal hygiene products (toilet paper, detergent, soap, dish cloth, etc.) and cleaning products (detergent, buchinha, etc...), are at your expense. Small animals are accepted.
The use of portable charcoal or electric barbecues is not permitted.
The Condominium is located facing the beach, the apartment is on the side with a view of the sea as per the photo on the Temporada Livre and Casa Temporada website, it is located on the 7th floor. floor well ventilated.
On the ground floor, the condominium has a large garden with benches, wi-fi (ground floor) and beach service as per photos on the Temporada Livre 51392 website.
The garage is for 1 space, 4 blocks from the building located in the Ed. Boulevard Center Condominium with 24-hour concierge.
Payment is made via bank deposit. We can arrange payment in installments.
Check-in is at 12:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
We do not receive values at the reception.
