The living room has 2 rooms with sofas and TV, the dining room has a table for 14 people with access to the kitchen with six-burner stove, microwave, electric oven, table and 6 chairs, basic utensils, refrigerator, pantry with refrigerator, freezer, laundry area with washing machine.
The sunny pool has a large wet area with non-slip stone floors, sun loungers, tables, chairs, umbrella and shower.
The thatched kiosk is surrounded by a large lawn and overlooks the Atlantic Forest!!! It has a barbecue, sink, barbecue utensils, table for 12 people and lots of history and tranquility.
