In the building has a great barbecue.
Availability for 01 car, but I can rent with up to 3 spaces and the lease amount will be higher.
* PRIVILEGED LOCATION - In front of the building is Mercado Dia, three blocks away is the Hiper Mercado Extra, next to the building there is a pharmacy, pizzeria, gas station and in the region there are great restaurants.
* The beach of Enseada is 4 blocks away from the apartment and 3 km away, there is the popular Pernambuco Beach and for a radical walk, there is the beautiful beach of Eden in Sorocotuba with crystal clear waters and is 3 km away from the fit.
