We took care to buy a property that had 24-hour security and was also in a location with easy access to the beaches and the best restaurants and supermarkets in Guarujá.This property was purchased for our family and also to rent out when it is not being used. This purchase was also to fulfill a long-held desire and that is why we chose the Plajam XII Building because it meets all our needs and is well located (200 meters) from Enseada Beach.
The apartment has a maximum capacity for 8 people between adults and children, and we are only renting to families, it has:-
2 bedrooms, 1 suite, 1 social bathroom, kitchen integrated with dining room and TV room, service area, balcony and all windows and balcony with protective screen.
Air conditioning and fan in the living room and bedrooms, LED TV in the suite and living room, washing machine and cabinets in both bedrooms and internal WI-FI network.
We also have an iron and ironing board, a full kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a medium electric oven, a toaster, and a sandwich maker. The apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs for a pleasant view.
We do not accept PETS in the apartment, as we understand that it is very difficult to control the animal when the family goes to the beach or even out to dinner.
The building has WI-FI, 24-hour concierge, beach service with umbrellas and chairs, foosball table, pool table and 1 covered parking space with 24-hour security.
Enseada Beach - Located on the east side of Pitangueiras, this is the longest beach in the city of Guarujá, measuring 7 km long. Enseada Beach is very popular with sports enthusiasts. The waterfront has an excellent structure of kiosks where you can enjoy snacks, meals and seafood. On the left side there are some marinas and restaurants. The sand is soft and clear. At night, it is the most sought after spot by tourists due to its lively restaurants and bars.
