The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are suites, plus 1 bedroom and 1 guest bathroom, with a kitchen integrated into the dining and living rooms, as well as large balconies with safety nets in the living room and the master suite. The bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
