Privileged location on Asturias beach: 10 minutes walk from Pitangueiras Beach; 10 minutes walk from Praia do Tombo. A suite with a Queen box-spring bed with 2 single box-spring beds, both with fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. Large living room (2 ceiling fans) integrated with fitted kitchen (diner counter). Social and private bathroom (suite) with Blindex box, vats on granite bases and shelves, hygienic showers. Bath showers with excellent pressure with Rinnai Electronic central heating (forced exhaust system - strictly up-to-date maintenance). Appliances and utensils in excellent condition: LED TV - 42 ̈ / DUPLEX BRASTEMP refrigerator / BRASTEMP-INOX built-in stove / microwave / blender / sandwich maker / vacuum cleaner / stainless steel pans. Wi-fi in the apartment (200 mega speed).
