Accommodations: 3 social dorms 1 dorm services: one bedroom suite, with a double bed, the second social bedroom has a bunk bed and the third social bedroom has two single beds that together form a double and four more good mattresses to put on the bed living room or bedroom, and if you want, there's a box spring bed in the maid's back room. There are three bathrooms with showers, the one in the suite, the social one and the one at the back plus a toilet in the room without a shower.
In beds like the one at the back, seven people can fit plus the four mattresses, but the limit is ten guests.
It has air conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedrooms and living room, only in the maid's room that only has a ceiling fan.
Check-in from 2 pm and check-out until 10 am, but the schedule is flexible depending on whether another family is going in or out on the same day, to allow time to do the cleaning.
The view is very beautiful, the apartment is at the end of the building, it only has one neighbor, and it has screens on the balconies and 2 tables with up to 8 chairs.
The area on the ground floor where you can see the living room and the pizza oven needs to be booked and is rented out next to the condominium and has a limit of people as well.
Module 3, you can do everything on foot, go to the beach, to the mall, to the golf course, privileged location.
Upon prior consultation, we may eventually accept a single small-sized PET, preferably female, provided that the RULES ON PETs, which will be sent in the consultation, are respected. There may be extra daily charges depending on the owner.

Existem pontos positivos e negativos. O Condomínio do apartamento é muito
Bom, Funcionários que trabalham no condomínio são muito atenciosos e prestativos.
O Apartamento deixa um pouco à desejar na estrutura por já ser antiga, os móveis tbm antigos, quartos muito pequenos, se quiser jogar colchão no chão tem que ir pra sala pois nos quartos não cabe. Área da sacada é boa e com visão para o mar.
