The house is located in a gated community, with lots of greenery, just a 10-minute walk from the beach,
It also has air conditioning throughout the interior and an outdoor area with a barbecue and large table. The pool is surrounded by screens to reduce the risk of accidents with small children, everything designed for greater comfort and safety for our guests, a peaceful environment, excellent for resting.
The beach is close to two rivers that are very popular with visitors. It is clean and ideal for swimming and playing sports.
