The Kiesshau Seasonal Home is a tropical paradise for families. Your vacation home, with a private and exclusive pool, small beach and automatic programming whirlpool. Size: 8.0 x 1.5 x 3.5. Large area, with a beautiful lawn and garden in front of the house. And, barbecue with all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. The internet is 300 megabytes with Wi-Fi.
Located nine blocks from the entrance of the Morada da Praia Condominium, in Boraceia, with 24-hour security, outlet, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, ice cream shops, football courts, tennis courts, board games, ping-pong, table football, at the headquarters, we authorize access.
All the water in the house is filtered (Fusatti Filter).
The house has a swimming pool.
Living room with smart TV, leather sofa and integrated kitchen.
3 indoor bathrooms, 1 outdoor bathroom and shower in the pool area,
SUITE 1 (superior): Air conditioning, 1 double bed (white hospital cover), wardrobe, screen on the window and bathroom.
SUITE 2 (superior): Air conditioning, 2 single box beds (white hospital cover), screen on the window, sideboard and bathroom.
BEDROOM 3 (ground floor): Air conditioning, 1 double bed and 3 single beds, closet, additional mattresses, screen on the window and bathroom.
BARBECUE AREA: new duplex refrigerator (freezer and refrigerator), gas stove, table, additional chairs
KITCHEN: new duplex refrigerator, gas stove and microwave.
BALCONY: hammocks, table and chairs.
Pets allowed, no additional fee.
Cleaning fee is charged. Refundable security deposit is charged separately.
