A house with a caiçara atmosphere, cozy and airy for summer days, providing a pleasant and welcoming environment with friends and family.
The house has two suites and a bedroom.
The bedroom located on the ground floor contains a double bed, two single beds, a bunk bed and has air conditioning.
The suites are located at the top of the house.
One suite contains a Queen bed and has a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The other suite contains a double bunk bed and only has a ceiling fan.
It also has a room with two environments, a pantry and a gourmet environment to spend some relaxed time with family, friends or simply relax.
The gourmet environment has a kitchen with stove, microwave oven, electric oven and other utensils, several tables and even has a barbecue grill all in a pleasant and sound environment.
On the outside of the house, swimming pool, covered garage for two cars and four parking spaces.
Electrical outlets are 127V.
The house has a reservoir of 7000 liters of water.
The house is close to local shops: pharmacies, bakeries, ice cream parlors, restaurants and supermarket.
It is located on the north coast of São Paulo, 450 meters (5 minutes walk) from Boracéia beach, a beach with excellent bathing facilities served by several stalls/kiosks selling snacks and drinks.
Boracéia beach is 9 km long and is on the border between Bertioga and São Sebastião, which provides beautiful walks along the beaches of the north coast of São Paulo.
