TV room and all bedrooms with air conditioning.
Very sunny and ventilated house, surrounded by gardens. Located 250 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the commercial area.
Dead end street, quiet neighborhood and mostly residential.
It has an alarm system and camera monitoring for greater security.
It is close to a market, bakery, and the shopping center (500m) is busy with stores (clothing, gifts, decoration, etc.) and services (food, pharmacy, market, bakery, etc.).
Ingleses is a busy beach all year round.
It has many residents and provides services without having to leave the neighborhood.
Everything is possible to do on foot.
For everyone's comfort, the house accommodates a maximum of 10 adults and 3 children (1 single bed and 2 mattresses on the floor to share the room with the adults).
The house has the following division:
Ground floor: living room with TV, 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, barbecue area, toilet, backyard and garage for 4 cars.
1st floor: 2 suites, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies.
2nd floor: closed for family use only
Items provided: 1 set of sheets for each bed, 1 blanket for each bed, 1 face towel per bathroom and 1 body towel for each guest. As the house has a washing machine, guests can wash their bed linen and towels when necessary.
We do not offer a bed linen change service!
If guests do not need to use our bath towels or sheets, a discount (to be agreed) can be given on the cleaning fee.
