Acredito que você tenha se confundido de imóvel ou de imobiliária.
Pois não temos nenhuma reserva neste imóvel feita em seu nome, assim como a reserva de reveillón dele este ano não foi de nossa administração. Você informou que ficou hospedada no reveillón.
Achei muito estranho pois o apartamento é super bem equipado na cozinha e nossas roupas de cama sempre vem limpas da lavanderia.
