House for vacation rental in Florianopolis

Large house, two floors, comfortable, with a small garden and veranda at the front and a large garden and veranda at the back. In the garden there is a beautiful pergola, trees and flowers. Cozy decor, excellent interior space. Attached to the suite is an office with a sofa bed. Safe location, with fixed neighborhood all year round (great neighbors). The house is well ventilated and lit. Our beach is highly appreciated for the quality of its waters, which are warm, clean and calm, and also for the quality of the environment: there are community gardens, green areas and many birds, as it is located in the Ecological Reserve of Carijós. It is a beach with a family profile. There is no movement at night with clubs or busy bars, and the infrastructure, although basic, includes two mini markets, some restaurants, a natural juice shop and beach items. If you want movement, we are next to Jurerê Internacional (2km) and close to Canasvieiras, Canajurê, Praia do Forte (1km) and Santo Antônio de Lisboa (9 km). Much sought after by families with children and the elderly, Praia da Daniela is renowned as one of the best preserved on the island. Another interesting point are the wide sidewalks where you can walk peacefully and the dazzling beauty of the beach, with its 3.5 km edge. I own and have rented the house for many years. I personally prepare the house and make a point of welcoming people and showing them every corner. I am always available, as I live in Florianópolis, and ready to solve any problem that may arise in the shortest possible time. Welcome!

Nossa experiência na casa da Sandra foi excepcional. Ela estava atenta a todos os detalhes para tornar nossa estadia maravilhosa.
A casa é muito confortável, exatamente como descrito. O estúdio fica ao lado do cômodo principal, dividido por uma porta de veneziana, com uma cadeira muito confortável para trabalhar.
A área é muito tranquila, ideal para uma família, a poucas quadras da praia, que fica a uma curta distância a pé.
Para os dias de chuva, há áreas de lazer externas cobertas.
Os utensílios de cozinha são novos. Tem forno, microondas e sanduicheira.
Toda a minha família está muito grata à Sandra pelo tratamento, altamente recomendado!
