HOUSE DESCRIPTION: Great beach house to enjoy moments of rest and fun with the family, located near the center of Canasvieiras and close to the beach. The house has an alarm system and cameras for the safety of guests, as well as a completely fenced pool for the tranquility of those with children.

* DOUBLE DORMITORY with 01 double bed and one single bed, air conditioning.

* DOUBLE DORMITORY with 01 double bed, 01 single sofa bed and air conditioning.
* LIVING ROOM with air conditioning, TV, DVD, stereo, 02 double sofa beds (sleeps 04 people).
* GOURMET AREA with barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, TV and ceiling fan, dining table, ceiling fan TV and bathroom.
* GARAGE for 03 vehicles, one covered.
* PANTRY with beach chairs, transport cart, umbrella, etc.
* LAUNDRY ROOM equipped with sink, ironing board and washing machine.,

NOTE: there are 02 houses on a plot of about 1,200m2 and only the house in front is available for lease. A wall separates the houses and makes the environment very private. Only the garage entrance is for common use.
