Apartment for vacation rental in Florianopolis
Ideal for a couple with up to two children or three adults, the apartment offers a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere. The bedroom has a double box-spring bed, while the living room has a sofa bed. For your comfort, there is air conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. We are approximately 800 meters from the beach. Bed linen, table linen and towels are available, as well as a parasol and beach chairs for leisure days by the sea.
**Guest Access**
Guests have access to the private garage, playroom, playground, swimming pool and garden area, where they can relax and enjoy the condominium's common areas with peace of mind and security.
**Other observations**
The location is excellent, close to the civil police academy, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, pizzerias, beauty salon, barber shops, gas station and all the convenience of local commerce.
For greater control and security, all guests are registered with the condominium. Unregistered guests may not access or remain on the premises without prior authorization. We ask that everyone respect the condominium rules and internal regulations, including the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

We kindly ask that you avoid entering the building's internal areas while wet and observe other rules of coexistence that aim to ensure a comfortable and harmonious stay for everyone.
