Nossa família alugou o imóvel por duas vezes (em dez/16 e dez/17). A casa é muito bem conservada, bem mobilizada, muito confortável e oferece boa segurança. Corresponde fielmente a tudo o que consta no seu anuncio. As fotos estão atualizadas e a gentil corretora Vania é uma profissional séria e muito atenciosa.
A localização não poderia ser melhor. A rua tem características de um calmo e bonito condomínio.
A praia fica a apenas 50 metros de distância e o bairro oferece todos os serviços básicos.
Pretendemos voltar outras vezes.
