Tranquility and comfort for your well-deserved vacation with family and friends. The House is spacious, comfortable, airy with private internal balconies, adult and children's pool, peaceful, landscaped environment, pleasant to enjoy good times in the company of friends and family! The house is very well equipped, clean, airy with a great leisure area, perfect for summer holidays! House is well located, 100 meters from the beach, supermarket, bakery, pharmacies, restaurants, shops and conveniences, cycling track and walks on the beach promenade. To host 30 people, including children.

Availability of bed and bath linen - extra fee of R$600

AGUA MARINHA HOUSE RULES

1. When bed and bath linen are provided, there will be no change during the stay. There is a washing machine in the house.
2. We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas.
3. Loud sounds are prohibited, especially at night.
4. Please always activate the alarm when leaving the house.
5. Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is on.
6. Do not manipulate the pool motor.
7. Do not throw toilet paper, absorbent pads and other waste into the toilet, with the guest responding in case of blockage.
8. Don't leave dirty dishes when you leave.
9. Collect the trash.
10. One (1) small pet is allowed, however, it is prohibited to climb onto sofas, upholstered chairs and beds, as well as damaging the garden and relieving themselves in inappropriate places; Any damage caused by the pet will be compensated.
11. It is mandatory to collect the pet's feces, under penalty of a fine of R$ 200.00.
12. Check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am.

Tivemos a grata surpresa de nos hospedarmos na Villa Cardinale, fomos atendidos com carinho e dedicação pela Sra. Lúcia e pelo Sr. Agostinho. A casa está em perfeitas condições, com a manutenção e cuidado rigoroso de seus proprietários, sempre muito solícitos.

Fomos em um grupo de amigos para passarmos 8 dias. Logo que chegamos fomos muito bem recebidos pelo proprietário Sr. Augustino e por sua Esposa Sra. Lucia, ambos extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos.

O imóvel chama atenção não apenas por sua grandiosidade mas pelo carinho em que é cuidado pela Lucia. Os quartos impecáveis, limpos e com roupas de cama e banho.

Nossa estadia foi excelente e com certeza retornaremos mais vezes!
