01 bedroom with 01 double box bed, wardrobe, split air conditioning; 01 separate mattress, Widow model; 01 double sofa bed; 01 social bathroom with box and electronic shower; Living room with 32-inch Smart TV, sofa bed with ceiling fan; Kitchen with basic utensils, blender, frost-free refrigerator, sandwich maker and gas stove; Private charcoal barbecue; We provide 4 pillows; We do not provide bed linen, towels, beach chair and umbrella; Ample parking (free) in the courtyard for up to 02 vehicles (without cover); 01 washing machine (Tanquinho model), semi-automatic; without centrifuge, WI-FI INTERNET (subject to fluctuations and unavailability, offered to customers as a courtesy, NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE); We do not accept pets. With capacity for: 04 people, 02 people on an extra mattress and sofa bed.
The house has a video surveillance system in the external areas and windows with bars.
The courtyard is surrounded by a wall, closed with a manual sliding gate.
Shared Yard, we have another house (private) for rent (same land), and it is possible to rent the properties together. Check availability.

• It is necessary to bring a linen. We do not provide bed linen, table linen or towels.
• Beach items (chair and umbrella) are not provided.
For reservations made by foreigners (directly with the owner) we charge 30% of the package value in advance, subject to contract, and 50% for nationals.
The remainder is paid on the day of entry.

Cancellation policy: THERE ARE NO REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID or rescheduling of stay dates.
A security deposit of R$400.00 will be charged at check-in. The amount will be returned after inspection at check-out if all contractual conditions are met.
